Hotel or residence pick-up procedure

Client must be ready at the hotel reception or at the entrance of their residence at the agreed pick-up time, as our vehicles can not wait for more than a short period of time.

In the event that you are not available at the agreed pick-up location and time, and you did not furnish prior notice to this effect, the total service cost would be charged directly to your account.
