Once you have passed through customs and collected your luggage, call us on 900 713 583 for free (or on 91 747 75 70 from a mobile) and our staff shall provide you with the necessary instructions to contact your chauffeur.
In addition, should you have problems making this call upon your arrival at the airport, you can go to our offices located in the terminals.

If you do not arrive at the time agreed and have not contacted us, the service shall not be rendered but payment for the service shall be collected.
Barcelona El Prat Airport
Once you have passed through customs and collected your luggage, call us on 902 15 16 54 and our staff shall provide you with the necessary instructions to contact your chauffeur.
If you do not arrive at the time agreed and have not contacted us, you shall be charged for the full price of the service.
Hotel or residence pick-up procedure
Client must be ready at the hotel reception or at the entrance of their residence at the agreed pick-up time, as our vehicles can not wait for more than a short period of time.
In the event that you are not available at the agreed pick-up location and time, and you did not furnish prior notice to this effect, the total service cost would be charged directly to your account.
