Quoted rates in this web site applicable only in the Iberian Peninsula for vehicles picked up and delivered at our offices in Madrid. These rates are orientative only and can be modified at any time without previous notice. Actual rate applicable to a rental request will be displayed in our written quote and/or confirmation for each reservation. Inquiry for other situations not available here.
All conditions subject to modifications without previous notice.
Payment should be made by Credit card at the time of pick up.




These rates include:
  • 16% VAT plus any applicable taxes.
  • Vehicle of similar characteristics to that quoted subject to availability.
  • Driver and Passenger limited Insurance, Collission Damage and Theft Limited Waiver (deductible to apply below, according to Vehicle Group).
  • Kilometer allowance: 350Kms daily, 600Kms per weekend and 3000Kms monthly. Except for special offers in which case you will be notified at the time of reservation.
    • These rates do not include:
  • Fuel.
  • Traffic tickets.
  • Surcharge for rentals starting or ending at airports.
  • Surcharge for leaving vehicles in other cities to that where it was picked up.
  • Damage to tires, rims, windows or locks.
  • Damage due to use of wrong fuel such as filling up with diesel a gas powered car and viceversa.
  • Keys lost or otherwise not present at the car or our office at time of delivery.
    • Requirements for Vehicle Groups A B C D & 1:
  • 23 years minimum age and a minimum of 2 years holding the corresponding driver license.
  • A valid Credit Card.
  • A deposit of 450€.
    • Requirements for Vehicle Groups H O & S:
  • 28 years minimum age and a minimum of 5 years holding the corresponding driver license.
  • Reservation with a 24H minimum advance.
  • 2 valid Credit Cards, one for payment, the other as an alternative & as ID document.
  • A deposit of 900€.
    • Additional Surcharges may apply in which case you will be notified at time of reservation.
    Pick-Up and Delivery outside our offices: +20€. Weekend Pick-Up and Delivery: +35€
